Kelly Osbourne 'puts wedding plans on hold' until fiance turns 21

Posted on: November 19, 2009 13:36:20

Proving that an age gap does not get in the way of finding the perfect love match, Kelly Osbourne claims she will wait until her fiance Luke Worrell is 21 to tie the knot.

In the US this is the legal drinking age and she says that she wants her 19-year-old partner to enjoy a glass of champagne on their big day, the Sun reports.

It would appear as though the six-year age gap does not get in the way of the happy couple's relationship.

Speaking to TV Biz, Kelly said: "Luke and I are engaged and we'll get married when I want to. But he isn't even 21 yet, so he can't drink in America, so what's the point in getting married until he can?"

She may not be joining her new husband in a celebratory glass of bubbly, as she has given up drinking following a stint in rehab earlier this year.

Instead, the daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne seems to be focusing on perfecting her foxtrot, as she is currently taking part in US TV show Dancing With The Stars.

Those looking for love could find that a dating agency is the perfect place to find a new partner, whatever their age.ADNFCR-2828-ID-19468549-ADNFCR
